Return & Exchange Policy


 
Your satisfaction is very important to us at Hampton’s Boutique. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we will happily provide store credit or issue an exchange within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.

***The original tag MUST be attached to the item. If it is not, it will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange.***

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Once 7 days have passed, we will not issue store credit or an exchange.   

Please email us in advance HERE to let us know if you'd like to return or exchange an item. Once acknowledged, please send returns and exchanges to the address provided in the email.

Items that WILL be accepted for return/exchange:

  • Items that have NOT been worn or washed
  • Items with the Hampton’s Boutique tag attached in its original form
  • Items without deodorant or make-up stains
  • Items not purchased during a sale (sale items are final sale)
  • Items that do not smell like perfume

  • Items that smell like perfume
  • Bralettes, hair accessories, sale items - these are all final sale

*DAMAGED ITEMS must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your items. Please contact us HERE and provide pictures of damaged area.*

Once we have received the item, we will review it for store credit or an exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received. If you are approved, you will receive an email with a refund confirmation. Your store credit amount will be the amount you paid minus the exact cost of shipping we paid to send the item(s) to you.
